📄 Terms of Use — WellRaven

These Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) govern your access to and purchase of subscription-based features within the WellRaven mobile application (the “App”), owned and operated by ZouthFla IT Services LLC (“ZouthFla,” “WellRaven,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms of Use apply only to in-app subscription features and do not govern purchases made through WellRaven’s e-commerce storefront or other services, which are subject to separate terms.

By purchasing or subscribing through the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Subscriptions and Billing

WellRaven offers optional paid subscriptions that provide access to premium features and content.

  • đź’ł Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the time of purchase
  • 🔄 Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • ⏱ Renewal charges are applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the active subscription period
  • đź’˛ Subscription prices, billing intervals, and available plans are displayed in the App at the time of purchase
  • ⚙️ You are responsible for managing your subscription through your app store account

2. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered:

  • The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled before expiration
  • You may cancel at any time during the trial through your app store account settings
  • Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription
  • Free trials may be limited to one per user or account, subject to app store policies

3. Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or available plans at any time, subject to Apple and Google policies.

  • Price changes take effect at the next renewal period, unless otherwise required by law
  • Where required, you will be notified in advance by the applicable app store
  • Continued use of a subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing

4. Cancellations and Refunds

All subscription payments are processed by Apple or Google, not by ZouthFla IT Services LLC.

  • Refunds are governed exclusively by the policies of the applicable app store
  • We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly

    Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Order History → Request a refund

5. License and Permitted Use

Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access premium subscription features within WellRaven for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share, sell, sublicense, or transfer your subscription
  • Allow others to access subscription features through your account
  • Circumvent paywalls or access controls
  • Use subscription features for commercial purposes

6. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and to the maximum extent permitted by law, to suspend or terminate your subscription or access to premium features if:

  • You violate these Terms of Use or WellRaven’s Terms & Conditions
  • You misuse the App or engage in fraudulent activity
  • Required by law or by app store enforcement actions

Termination may result in the loss of access to paid features without refund, except where required by law.

7. Restoration of Purchases

If supported by the applicable platform, you may restore subscriptions using the “Restore Purchases” feature within the App.

Availability of restoration is subject to Apple’s or Google’s account and device policies.

8. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically to reflect changes in:

  • Subscription features
  • Billing practices
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

Updates become effective upon posting with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of subscription features constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where app store rules require otherwise.
